After a successful banking and lending career with three of Australia’s largest financial institutions, Nick Foale realised that his passion lay with sales and customer service. He saw the benefits of being able to offer clients the full range of industry products, rather than just from one bank, and knew that this could only be achieved in the broker market.

Practising what he preached to clients, he and his wife sub-divided their property, and used the profits to bank roll his own brokerage – first as a franchisee for a larger firm, and then for his own company catering for all-purpose finance requirements, with residential and commercial property as a core business focus.

“Going out on my own was the only way to guarantee exemplary customer service – I really wanted to live up to the promises,” he said.

Today, Nick is the sole Director of Lifestyle Money Management and Foale Group Financial Services. As the father of 6 year old twin boys, plus his recent 3rd Son, and the operator of three successful small businesses, he is not only an expert at time management, but a strong advocate of planning for the future and achieving lifestyle balance.
